Moldavian progressive rock/metal band Seas on the Moon released the official video for their new single The Rule Of 21 on Christmas. In the song, the singer of Infected Rain, Lena Scissorhands, who has helped the band several times before, makes a guest appearance.

Led by the Voluta brothers, Valentin and Eugene, the studio project that has been operating since 1998 has so far released an LP and an EP, as well as more than 30 singles with various guests.
